2. Enter Details: Input the number of people, dates, and desired apartment.
3. Fill in Information: Provide personal details and confirm the payment. Note that a 2% non-refundable processing fee will be charged.
4. Accept Terms: Agree to the booking conditions.
5. Contact for Questions: Reach out for inquiries or installment payments before entering details.

Obligatory Surcharges:

• Final Cleaning: €40 per apartment
• Registration: €10 per person
• Tourist and Promotion Tax: €2.5 per adult/day, €1.5 per child/day

• Arrival/Departure Outside Regular Changeover: €50 per apartment (except for e-registration and self check-in)
• Extra Person: €30 per day
• Bed Linen Set: €20 per person
• Sauna Towel/Sheet Rental: €5 per room
• Daily Private Sauna Rental: €100 per day
• Weekly Sauna Rental: €200 per week + electricity costs
• Pets: €20 per day
• Heating: €20 per bag of wood
